  NAROMORU OUT CHOGORIA 6 Days/5 Nights
Day 1: Nairobi - Mt Kenya
Depart Nairobi in the morning arriving Naromoru in time for lunch. After lunch you proceed to Mt Kenya Youth Hostel for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Met Station
After breakfast, proceed to Naromoru Park Gate and start hiking to Met Station (3300m). The hiking takes about 3 hrs. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Mackinders Camp
Depart Met Station after breakfast and proceed to Teleki Valley arriving Mackinders Camp (4300m) early evening. Picnic lunch enroute. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Austrian Camp
Depart at 1000 Hrs am after breakfast ascending along a steep screw to Austrian Hut (4700m). Covering this distance takes about 3 hrs. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Point Lenana - Chogoria
Departing at 0530 Hrs, precede through Lewis Glacier to Point Lenana (4985m) arriving approx. 0630 Hrs are in the morning. After the sunrise, descend down to Mintos Hut for full breakfast. Later descend along the famous Gorges Valley to Chogoria campsite. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Chogoria- Nairobi
After breakfast, set on morning journey to Chogoria (32km).4WD vehicles provided but during the bad weather, climbers have to walk some distance as vehicles may not reach the bandas. From Chogoria transport provided back to Nairobi, arriving late afternoon.

SIRIMON ROUTE WITH A SAFARI COMBINATION 9 Days/8 Nights Safari
Day I: Nairobi - Nanyuki
Departure from Nairobi is at 0900 Hrs to Nanyuki and stop at the Equator briefly. Continue to Nanyuki where you check in your hotel. Afternoon is spent preparing for the hike, with a complementary Walking tour to the EQUATOR. Dinner and overnight at the Nanyuki simbas lodge.

Day 2: Old Moses Camp
After breakfast, vehicle transfer to Sirimon gate and hike to Old Moses camp for overnight (3300m), 6 to 8 hrs hikes.

Day 3: Ship Ton’s Camp
Hike to Ship ton’s camp (4200m) for overnight (5 to 7 hrs hikes).

Day 4: Lenana Back - Nanyuki
Attempt point Lenana (4985m) at 0300 Hrs and descend directly overnight at Nanyuki.

Day 5: Nanyuki - Lake Nakuru.
Visit the spectacular Nyahururu (Thompson fall), and then make your way down the eastern escarpment of the magnificent Rift Valley. After lunch, take a leisurely drive through

LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
famous for its pink flamingos. Drive to the edge of the lake to view thousands of birds feeding in the alkaline water; see the sweeping view from the top of Baboon Rocks; then look for warthogs and waterbucks as you leave the park. Lake Nakuru national park offers a truly remarkable game drive that includes Flamingoes as well as the rare white rhino in this world famous ornithological paradise with over 450 species of bird life. A shimmering hot-pink glow emanates across the lake, created by millions of flamingoes. Pelicans, cormorants and Marabou storks also feed on the abundant algae in the warm, shallow alkaline water. Lake Nakuru National Park is a sanctuary for endangered black rhinos and White Rhino as well as the Rothschild giraffes. Waterbuck are common here, as are their predators, lions and leopards. All meals and overnight at a Lodge/Tented camp located within the park.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara.
After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara traversing the Rift Valley and ascend its western rim. You're now in Maasai country, where sedentary crop farming gives way to nomadic cattle herding. Red-clad, spear-wielding Maasai warriors tend their multi-colored herds among the wild animals of the Loita Plains, admirably unimpressed by the presence of large predators, with all meals and overnight at a lodge/ Tented camp/ Mobile camp.

Day 7: Masai Mara.
Dawn, morning and afternoon game drives in the MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE, Kenya's best and most scenic game park. At the northern extremity of the unique Serengeti ecosystem, blessed with a permanent water supply, the Maasai Mara has a thriving, permanent population of plains game, augmented in the dry season by the migration of two million gnus and zebras from the vast, parched Serengeti plains. Of the hunter's "big five," elephant, buffalo, lion, and leopard are quite common, while even the much rarer rhino might come out of the thicket for you. Hyenas are plentiful and the cheetah, a 60-miles-per-hour daytime hunter, is often seen. All the meals and overnight will be at Lodge/Tented camp located within the park.

Day 8: Masai Mara
Sunrise and sundown are the greatest moments for game viewing in these mystic plains, a time where the soft red hues of the sun will give your photographs the clarity of the actual African savannah. Morning games viewing with long drive to the Mara River where you will be able to view Hippos and Crocodiles. After lunch at lodge, take an afternoon drive in the Masai Hills, with Dinner and overnight at a lodge/Tented camp.
NB//: An optional brief tour to the Masai village to see Masai dance and culture as well as to appreciate their traditions that has withstood the test of time and modern civilization.

Day 9: Masai Mara - Nairobi.
A pre-break - fast game drive to complete your list of sightings. Drive back to the lodge for breakfast at 0800hrs. Depart for Nairobi with game drive enroute to arrive late afternoon. You may want to check out the capital's excellent shops or simply relax by the pool. Tonight compare notes with your safari companions as you enjoy a farewell dinner at the most famous of African restaurants, The Carnivore. Depending on your flight schedule you will be transferred to the airport to connect your outbound international flight back home.
