At Speedbird we believe in giving back to the community. We have adopted a cot at the Hope House Babies Home. We would love it if you visited our baby Luke during your stay.
 LUKE is now about 8 ½ months of age, a delightful, baby with a wonderful smile and laugh, called by some of the Home volunteers as “Mr. personality”. He has a good appetite, now eating baby porridge and vegetables, he weighs 7.26 kgs. He gabbles away in “baby talk”, he is very active when on the floor and pulls himself along. He is also trying to pull himself up when in his cot, plays with toys and also likes to be outside in the sun with the other babies. He enjoys listening to singing and if crying, will stop to listen to whoever is singing, he also sucks his thumb. He responds with laughing when picked up and talked to.
